This is a blog about biodiesel and how it can improve our life.

Hey weekend racer, are you sure diesel engines are slow?
Diesels are usually reported as slow, but it makes a heavier and less aerodynamic Chevrolet Silverado beat the Ford Mustang. Sure, not the same displacement, but the torque of a diesel is what matters.
So, what about a better comparison? Now, a double-cab Silverado against the double-cab Dodge Ram SRT-10. The famous "Viper engine" was initially developed to be an alternative for the gasoline-addicted average Joe who would want a gasoline-powered engine to have the same strength of a diesel engine. But it ended up as just another sports engine.
Never underestimate a diesel powerplant.

Just those losers who were left behind by a dieselhead can know it ;D
But biodiesel is a viable alternative to avoid all that particulate matter and sulphur composites from regular diesel, that at least in Brazil has a smaller amount of sulphur than gasoline.
Amen, brother
But seems like you still need to convince somebody about the advantages of a diesel engine.
I would be glad to do it but the engine in the Mitsu has just failed in a recent road trip. If you had an Isuzu leftover to send me I could solve it quickly. Sure, using biodiesel to reinforce the positive aspects of diesels over gassers.
No worry guys, there will always be somebody who disagrees with us or are just trolling after lose at the track (or street :p). My 71 Ford F100 with a supercharged 7.3 IDI Navistar leaves a bunch of kids with their Honda, Nissan, Scion and Mitsubishi compact sports cars pissed off.
I live in Brunei and some years ago repowered my BMW 528i with a 4D56 tuned to reach 180 continuous HP and 230 peak HP when using nitrous oxide and an electric booster at the turbo and no regrets about it. I'm not the street racing guy but when the right pedal gets some pressure it's hard to chase.
Good point about the biodiesel. Maybe it could be helpful to the diesel engine's publicity in your country.
Morris and Sallah, thanks for the reviews guys.
I used to think diesels were not so funny because it's not so easy to turn these machines into hi-revvin' powerplants, but they can do the heavy stuff in an easier way. You can even think I'm crazy, but actually I wouldn't disconsider to fit a CRDi into my Hyundai Genesis.
I'm sure the CRDi would be a great match to the Genesis, Han. If it can handle with a FWD Kia Carnival or the Terracan and some light trucks wouldn't be a bad powerplant for a Genesis. Would be a PITA for Mercedes-Benz with their 2.0L 4-cyl S-Class.
